The Pest Share program offers innovative relief to residents with simple, effective, and affordable pest control services.
Pest Share is designed to empower your residents to promptly report visible pests, enhancing their experience and maximizing resident retention. This program provides you with relief and predictability when pests covered by the program require treatment. Gone are the days of exorbitant pest control expenses that affect your bottom line and potentially compromise the physical condition of your property if unreported.
Instead, your residents can confidently and promptly request service, ultimately protecting your investment. It’s a win-win!
*Pest Share reserves the right to limit total services requested by a covered property to (4) service requests within a 12-month period. Each service comes with a 30-day warranty, from the day of completed services.
When requesting service, residents must use PestShare.com and provide their complete service address, contact information, and a picture of the visible pest(s) or signs of their activity, though an exception for a photo can be requested with a valid reason. If a resident receives an invoice for a covered service within their service limit, they can disregard it, as Pest Share will handle the payment; however, they are responsible for invoices related to uncovered pests or if they prepaid through the Marketplace. Additionally, if a scheduled appointment is missed due to the absence of an adult (18+) or the property being inaccessible, Pest Share may use an available benefit to cover the missed trip charge.
