River Tree Property Management Pet Policy

Let us begin by stating, We love pets! We have our own dog at home (Macie), she brings so much life to the home! On the flip side, as property managers, we have seen absolute horror stories of damage done at a property by animals if left unsupervised or untrained. For this reason we are very detailed and thoughtful when developing our pet policy.

-2 Pets max

-No Animals Over One year old

-No animals over 45lbs at breed max weight

-Mandatory deposit per pet ($400 as of Feb 2025)

-Owners must complete a pet screening profile for Each animal (rivertreepm.petscreening.com)

Please note we will be speaking to previous landlord or two regarding how the animal performed during previous tenancy.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT/ SERVICE ANIMALS

Petscreening.com will go through the process of confirming this type of animal. Should animals be confirmed as working emotional/ support, there will be no fee, or deposits due. Also having such an animal in no way can be a cause for decline on your application.
