Pay Rent

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Rent will be considered late if not paid by 12:01 AM on the 4th.

Application of Funds: If a balance is owed on an account, please note that any rental payment made will first be applied to outstanding balance than to monthly rent.
If payment is not made with this in mind, tenant could incur late charges.

NSF Charge: A $75 NSF fee is assessed to any payment that does not process.

Eviction Process: Should rent not be paid by the 1st, Eviction

Process begins on the 5th day of each month.
