What types of properties do you manage?
Single Family and Multi family (duplex, triplex or fourplex only)
Are you licensed?
Yes it is a state requirement that property managers be licensed.
Must I maintain a home insurance policy?
Yes. You will be required to attain Landlord Insurance Policy.
How much security deposit do you charge?
$25 less than the rent amount.
How long of a lease do you sign?
Unless discussed with Landlord, our policy is to only enter 12 month leases.
Can I conduct my own repairs?
Only licensed and insured vendors are able to conduct repairs on occupied properties.
