Stressed About Money? You’re Not Alone

Hi River Tree! My name is Timothy McLerran and I’m a certified financial coach. Brittany and Bryan have graciously asked me to add some finance-centric content to their blog and I am beyond excited to help! My goal is to provide some insightful and meaningful discussions on topics that are relevant to all of us. So without further ado, let’s get this party started and talk about everyone’s favorite subject…financial stressors 😬.

Does the thought of looking at your bank account trigger unwelcome emotions? According to a May 2022 study conducted by Bankrate and Psych Central, 42% of U.S. adults say that stress about money negatively impacts their mental health. The top 3 money stressors the participants cited included: not having enough emergency savings (57% of participants), fear of not being able to pay for everyday expenses (56% of participants), and being in debt (48% of participants).

If you can identify with some (or all) of the stressors I just mentioned, then we should have a free consult to see if my services could be a benefit to you. There’s nothing like having a coach/mentor in your corner who genuinely wants to see you win! I would love to walk alongside of you as you navigate your financial journey and help you to succeed in your personal financial goals.

Just think about this for a second…what kind of peace of mind would you have if your financial house was in order? What kind of freedom would that allow you to have? Sounds pretty good doesn’t it? I’m here if you’d ever like to talk about what that might look like in your life. Can’t wait to hear from you!
